ARM architecture - The ARM architecture (originally the Acorn RISC Machine) is a 32-bit RISC processor architecture that is widely used in a number of applications. ARM variants are in widespread use in embedded and low-power applications due to their power saving design features.

AMULET microprocessor - AMULET is a series of microprocessors that implement the ARM processor architecture. Developed by the Advanced Processor Technologies group under the University of Manchester's computer science school (formerly the AMULET and PAL groups based at the same institution), AMULET is unique from other ARM implementations in that it is an asynchronous microprocessor, not making use of a square wave clock signal for data synchronization and movement.

26-bit - In ARM processor architecture, 26-bit refers to the design used in the original ARM processors, where the Program Counter(PC) and Processor Status Register(PSR) were combined into one 32-bit register (R15), the Status flags filling the high 6 bits and the Program Counter taking up the lower "26" bits.

Norma Arm - The Norma Arm or 3-kpc Arm is an inner spiral arm at the center of the Milky Way galaxy. The arm arises from the joining of the Perseus Arm and the Cygnus Arm (also called Outer Arm).
