Data integrity - In telecommunication, the term data integrity has the following meanings:

Integrity (computing) - In computing, integrity refers to the validity of stored data, or the medium on which that data is stored. When an application writes data, it does so in a standard manner.

Watermark (data file) - A watermark stored in a data file may refer to a method for ensuring data integrity which combines aspects of data hashing and digital watermarking.

Rollback (data management) - In database technologies, a rollback is an operation which returns the database to some previous state. Rollbacks are important for database integrity, because they mean that the database can be restored to a clean copy even after erroneous operations are performed.
