Leadership and management - Leadership links closely with the idea of management; you can view leadership as being either: centralized or decentralized; broad or focused; But another claim states that a reciprocal relationship exists between leadership and management, that is, an effective manager must have leadership skills, and an effective leader must have management skills.
Management consulting - Management consulting (sometimes also called strategy consulting) refers to both the practice of helping companies to improve performance through analysis of existing business problems and development of future plans, as well as to the firms that specialize in this sort of consulting. Management consulting may involve the identification and cross-fertilization of best practices, analytical techniques, change management and coaching skills, technology implementations, strategy development or even the simple advantage of an outsider's perspective.
Resource management - In organizational studies, resource management is the efficient and effective deployment of an organization's resources when they are needed. Such resources may include financial resources, inventory, human skills, production resources, or information technology.
Combat lifesaver - A combat lifesaver is a soldier who has received rudimentary training in advanced first aid skills. These advanced skills include wilderness first aid but also some paramedic skills such as intubation and advanced airway management.
